date format is not saving.

This is the default format.
i changed it to this.
after i press ok/apply. ( i tried all combination like ok, apply,apply and ok)
i expect the software to save the new format.
but when i open again the settings show this.
problem:date format is not saving.
please help.

Buon giorno e mi scuso per il disturbo.- Anche io ho il problema di modifica del formato della data che non viene salvato nonchè ho anche il problema che el momento in cui avvio la stampa il foglio è bianco.....Come posso risolvere??? Grazie mille.-

allora per la data ho risolto seguendo le tue istruzioni e pertanto il problema è risolto.-
In merito alle tue richieste per la stampa ti indico quello che mi chiedi:
Sistema operativo Windows 10 home a 64 bit,
la versione MMEX installata è l'ultima la 1.3.5 e non si tratta di un aggiornamento ma ho scaricato il da nuovo direttamente il programma
