All new operation is rounded

Good morning,

For a couple of days, in all operations I tried to create/edit, the amount is constantly rounded (see picture in attachment).

For example, if I create/edit an operation with the amount 19.86 (debit or credit) the result is automatically 19.00, whatever the method I use.

I don't know if it's a bug or something I've changed in the options.
