Missing money after QIF Import

Post by Marson »

I'm new to MMEX, just installed it yesterday onto my new computer.  My previous computer is running Quicken 2011.  I exported my accounts to QIF format and imported them into MMEX.  After cleaning up a few glitches I have one that I can't figure out.  All my salary deposits into my checking have multiple categories subtracted from the gross amount.  One of those is a withdrawal to my HSA account.  The deposit shows the withdrawal and the correct figure, but the amount doesn't show up in the HSA account, the money is missing.  For example:

Income:Salary 400
Tax -50
[HSA] -100
Deposit total 250

My HSA account doesn't show the $100.  Where did it go?

 Apparently, the program doesn't support account transfers in a split category transaction.  Therefore it's useless to me.  I'll be uninstalling it and looking for something else that will meet my needs.
