Pc to Mac os transfer

I have the Pc version of MM ex and want to buy a Mac computer.
Is there a way to transfer the   PC database to Mac and carry on usng it.

Just transfer mmb file.
At the top of running app the path shown.

I have my mmb file in Dropbox,
So I can just carry on using the same file ?

I think that dropbox also available for MAC
