Error: invalid vector<T> subscript

Hi,
I've registered uncorrectly a share transfer in a share account instead using the portfolio page. Now it's impossible to delete or modify that wrong record because of the error message "invalid vector<T> subscript". In the status column of that record there's only "<" symbol, without any letter.
