Problem resolved with downloading 1.3.1 for Mac

Problem resolved with downloading 1.3.1 for Mac

One of the download sites seems to have a corrupted version of 1.3.1 

Try both.  Then (on a Mac) make sure your application installations preferences allow this dmg to be opened

how do I get to where I can download 1.3.1?  I don't see older versions.
