Transaction Filters don't save

I am trying to use transaction filters to get the account view I want. The filter dialogue has 10 radio buttons which seems to suggest that 10 different transaction views can be stored but if I select more than one option the values do not stick and when the radio button is selected the options are greyed out.

What is the intended behaviour?
