QIF import

New to Money Manager. I'm having trouble importing a qif file.
The accounts are created but data is not imported.
Errors such as:
Date format or date mask is incorrect ( i have tried numerous date formats)
Error: Transaction Account for transfer is incorrect
Error: Transaction code is missing

it also states
Import finished successfully
Total Imported : 0
