Mmex Error XML parsing error:'mismatch tag at line 6

This error has just started appearing today when opening MMEX from the Icon on the desktop Dock.

I tried a RESTART, but to no avail. The error still appeared on opening the app.

It appears that the databases open okay.

Not sure of the significance of this 'error'.

My Mac is at 10.13.6.

Our engineer confirmed it was use to homesite certificate upgrade and we had fixed them.

Can I take it from this post that this fix will cure the error and not require any action from the desktop user and can continue use of the app.

I am new to MMEX and am still in the process of getting all my account fully setup.

I have tried importing an OFX file generated by NatWest Bank and get this error:
16:28:38: XML parsing error: 'mismatched tag' at line 6
16:28:38: Failed to parse preprocessed OFX XML content from file: C:\Users\philp\Downloads\NatWest-20260912UTF8.ofx

Having read a number of posts I have changed the CHARSET from 1252 to UTF-8 but still get the error.

Unless you tell us which operating system and which MMEX version you're using when the problem occurs, it will be difficult for us to help you. Perhaps you could also show us the first 10 lines of your .ofx file.
