Default date

In the general setting page I set the Default Date as the last used date.

When I enter a new transaction, I supposed, that the default date will be the date, what I used with my last record. It seems, that the date, what I get as default date with my new record is the last date in that certain account. ( in several times I enter transactions from my notes and from bank statements, not necessarily in time order. So it would be very convenient, if I could get a default date from the last recorded date, and not the date which is the "largest" in that account.)
