Duplicate (Ctrl+D) does not duplicate transaction on the latest version

Duplicate (Ctrl+D) does not duplicate transaction on the latest version
Cannot duplicate a transaction by pressing keys Ctrl+D in the latest version. Can we revert this and get this back.

You can use the shortcut keys for buttons (or menus).
Press ALT and you will see the underlined shortcut letters. Press ALT+letter to activate the button or menu.
So, for Duplicate, press ALT+u
