Transfer Reconcilliation

Hi!
I have two bank accounts - one business, one personal.
I can easily transfer funds from one account to the other.
However, it appears that if I use the MMEX transfer option, both transactions have to be either Reconciled or Unreconciled.
This does not work for me as the bank statements for each account arrive at different times, and I need to reconcile those statements individually.
Is there a way to have a transfer reconciled on one side of the transaction but not on the other? Or will I have to treat each side of the transfer as a separate transaction?

Not at present. There is an enhancement request in to support this so it may be possible in the future.

From earlier comments I note that there was an enhancement request in progress back in 2022.
Any progress with this?
I imagine this must be a routine requirement when transferring between accounts?

Hi All!
So, here we are in 2026 and this is still an issue with MMEX.
To re-cap: I can easily transfer funds from account A to Account B. However, if I then reconcile the transaction -R- in Account A, MMEX immediately reconciles the transaction in Account B. This is annoying as inevitably statements for different accounts arrive at different times.
It would be very helpful if we could un-reconcile one side of the transaction without doing the same for the other.
Has anyone got an update on this issue?

Hi All!
So, here we are in 2026 and this is still an issue with MMEX.

Not so much an issue, rather a feature that is not available

There is limited development effort and this is currently classed as low-priority, though I appreciate you may see it as high-priority.
