Asset Transaction Report

Greetings!

I have a spreadsheet as attached.

I created an asset account by choosing the columns, please note that each row in the spreadsheet is created as two transactions (one for the MF Contribution, and second for Market Revaluation)
Date
MF Contribution (deposit)
Market Revaluation (deposit/withdrawl)
Notes

All good, but I am interested in a report like the spreadsheet attached. If new report to be created, which tables are involved. I could see a table ASSETS_V1 which has the associated transactions?
