How do I manually reconcile a transaction

Hi

I am trying to use mmex for,IOS having used it on windows for ages

My settings for transactions are not reconciled

So how do I got back into the transaction to manually reconcile. I click on a transaction, use the pencil, can change any field except the transaction status

What am i missing please?

I should have said that i am using the sample database that comes with the app
