Is there anyway to disable the pop-up message: "Looks like a late payment, The payment date is after due date, is this what you intended?"
I do often had intended to, so I would like to switch the message off, so how?

Is there anyway to disable the pop-up message: "Looks like a late payment, The payment date is after due date, is this what you intended?"

That is very interesting.
Although I saw the option to lock the statement years ago but I do not know what it means, what is it for (there was no mention about the lock in the Help documentation) and I was afraid to use the option in case it locks the statement i.e. freeze the account, something that I do not want to happen but as you say it will prevent the pop up message so I will enable it on just one account to see if it is what I want.
