Restore .bak file

Post by limbe »

I am new to this system and busy testing Money Manager. ( currently use MS Money but want to get away from it). I have created accounts and now have a good understanding of the system running on Windows 11 Desktop. I see the system automatically creates a .bak file on exit. (I set the options to keep 10 backup files). I now want to test the restore but cannot find a restore option on the system. The only way I have created a backup that I can use is by saving the .mmb with a different naming sequence. I have checked all dcoumentation, the internet and the forum with no luck. Can somebody please help me on this issue. Thanks

Thanks Renato - I see it is just a case of renaming the .bak file. I guess I am close to your age category and your previous employment sector.
