I use the program for many years and experience my first bug which is really blocking me.
When I go to the category report "where does the money go" I get all the categories, but when I click a specific category, the reporting is no longer reliable for the latest newly added categories. Sometimes I get no transaction, although the category total was correct.
Other times I get just all transactions showing up.
I'm already quite a bit on 1.9.0 and didn't spot it in the beginning. However I don't use that report every day.
This on a Mac computer using desktop version.
I also recently got the app crashing and have agreed to send a bug report.
I have the feeling the experience is degrading and I hope my database is not going to crash.

My Mac doesn't allow to open the file as it's states it cannot guarantee it's free of malware

Hi,
I tried it again, and now it did work
I can also confirm the bug seem to be fixed in the beta version.
For the specific category for which it was not working, now it is working.

I am getting exactly the same problem but on the Windows 64 bit version. Do you have a beta release fix for this OS?
