Save sort with filters

When saving a filter (for transactions or reports) there should be an option to set/save the primary and secondary sort order as part of the filter. For example, allow creation of a saved filter of 'Reconciled transactions in account X sorted by last updated'.
Additionally, allow saving of filters in single 'Account View' and not just in 'All Transactions' view.
