Trust Account for Law Firm - what account type to select?

Hi All,

I came across this software and I'm trying to use it to manage my trust account for my law firm.

I set the account up as a term account, but I am unsure as to whether this is correct or not.  

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to best set up the account in the program?
