installed 1.3.3 LOST ALL ACCOUNTS

I've been getting the message to update my version for months, and I finally did it today. I just lost ALL my accounts and records. The last time I updated, it was a seamless transition. Is there any way to get my accounts back or did I just lose everything?! Please help!
